You pay one amount per community per month, based on the number of units or apartments, not per user or per unit. All prices exclude VAT.

Who is Civita One for?
For property management companies, boards of owners' associations (HOAs) and resorts or developments with several buildings. Owners, tenants and residents each get their own access with the right permissions.
Does it work for a resort or development with several blocks?
Yes. You divide the community into blocks and common areas such as the pool, garden or garage, and draw everything on an interactive floor plan. Reports, rentals and announcements are linked to the right place.
How much does Civita One cost?
One fixed price per community, depending on the number of apartments, from € 79 per month. There is no cost per owner. You first try it 30 days free, no card needed.
Do owners need to install an app?
No. Civita One works in any browser. Anyone who wants can add it as an app on their phone or computer with one tap and then gets push notifications for new announcements.
Which languages does Civita One support?
English, Spanish and Dutch. Reports, announcements and comments are translated automatically: ideal for communities with international owners, such as on the Spanish coast.
Can we start from our existing spreadsheets?
Yes. You import apartments, owners and locations in one go from an Excel sheet.
What about privacy?
Each role only sees what is meant for it: tenants, for example, do not see the owners' finances. We work in line with the GDPR and every user can download their data at any time.
